Who I am in a nutshell
Chiara is a content creator, photographer and creative health student.
She’s on a mission to teach people how to engage in small, everyday acts of creativity to tackle burnout and feel alive again.

Why creativity?
Ever since I can remember, my life has been dictated by hustle and achievement. Although my dad is very much into the arts, creative pursuits were not really encouraged growing up. And when they were, they were always tied to external recognition. Even in school, creation of any sort was something you did for a grade and not for its own sake.
I didn’t lean into my creative side for years. Naturally, it slowly faded away.
However, things began to shift on an overcast morning in November 2021.
That day—exhausted from job applications and the demands of university life—I decided to pick up my camera and go for a walk. Mind you, I hadn’t touched it in years. I took a few pictures, shyly. No expectations, no pressure to post them online–just noticing and playing.
I can still recall that moment vividly after four years, because, for the first time in ages, I felt alive again.
The same thing would happen with cooking; whenever I gave myself permission to be creative in the kitchen, I felt a spark. A quiet reminder that things were going to be okay.
I began to realise that something very powerful was a play. Hence, in 2025, I decided to bet on my ideas and pursue my entrepreneurial journey.

The mission I’m on
I’m on a mission to help others bring creativity into their lives on a micro level.
The truth is that most of us don’t know where to start when it comes to being creative. It feels daunting, and perfectionism creeps in—we tell ourselves it has to be big or impressive, so we never begin at all.
But creativity doesn’t need to be overwhelming. The secret is to start small–to microdose creativity and treat it like a muscle that grows with everyday practice.
By weaving small acts of creativity into daily life, we can feel more alive, build resilience, and reclaim a sense of control–especially in our burnt-out world.
Creativity isn’t just for professional artists, children or the rich.
It’s who we are at our core.
That is why creative workouts need to be part of our everyday life.
